This role is responsible for ensuring the successful installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems while coordinating closely with ACMV, BMS, and other project teams to deliver projects on time and to required quality standards.【Responsibilities】- Lead and supervise electrical system design, preparation of shop drawings, and technical documentation.- Oversee site installation works including cabling, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.- Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and statutory regulations.- Review and approve material submissions, method statements, and equipment specifications.- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other M&E teams to resolve technical and site issues.- Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance for electrical works.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site supervisors.- Prepare progress reports, as-built drawings, and project handover documentation.

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager (M&E, ACMV, and BMS) to lead and oversee BIM implementation for ACMV and BMS works in a large-scale Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project. This role will drive BIM coordination from design development through installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.【Responsibilities】- Lead BIM coordination for Mechanical & Electrical works from design stage through installation and T&C.- Develop, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in accordance with project requirements.- Oversee federated M&E models (LOD 300–500) and conduct clash detection using Navisworks.- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.- Manage the production and submission of coordinated shop drawings and as-built BIM models.- Supervise and guide BIM coordinators and modellers to ensure timely and quality deliverables.- Administer and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to maintain data integrity and version control.- Ensure proper asset data integration for ACMV and BMS systems to support smooth handover and facility management requirements.
