This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Prepare sales estimates for maintenance parts- Create and negotiate quotations with customers- Monitor and update the status of ongoing sales activities- Prepare reports related to quotations and sales operations- Issue job instructions and relevant documentation for assigned tasks- Assist in developing and maintaining software/tools to support sales activities- Coordinate with other departments on work-related matters- Report all section-related matters to the immediate superior- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior- Maintain proper records and filing of completed tasks- Ensure confidentiality of all data and information handled- Comply with the Environmental Policy, including waste reduction and pollution prevention efforts

This role involves full lifecycle hardware design including circuit design, PCB development, validation, and optimization of existing products. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, performance, and compliance with industrial standards, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.【Responsibilities】- Design and develop electronics hardware for industrial controller products.- Conduct end-to-end hardware development including circuit implementation, PCB design, validation testing, and documentation.- Perform circuit simulation, component selection and de-rating, signal integrity and timing analysis.- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware design issues; drive quality improvement and feature enhancement in existing products.- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to gather technical requirements and align on design specifications.- Support compliance and validation testing, including EMI/EMC measures and product certification.- Work closely with suppliers to define test methods, identify issues, and implement resolutions.- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.
