Currently, they are looking for a Service Engineer.【Responsibilities】- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment.- Conduct technical training for customers on equipment operation, setup, and maintenance.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for semiconductor equipment.- Provide after-sales technical support and field service to customers.- Prepare quotations and coordinate sales and service activities with internal teams.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate equipment solutions.- Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the team to realize them.
