This role works closely with the Japan headquarters and APAC subsidiaries to strengthen security governance, align regional practices with global standards, and support enterprise security initiatives across multiple platforms.The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to develop security baselines, address policy gaps, and support the rollout and operation of common security platforms across the region.【 Responsibilities 】- Define, maintain, and enhance group-wide IT and information security baselines, including managing policy gaps and approved local deviations- Support the selection, proof-of-concept, rollout, and configuration standardisation of enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune/EDR, IAM, and ITSM/CMDB- Coordinate change management activities with regional IT teams, including risk assessments, rollback planning, and documentation of implementation evidence- Conduct security assessments through interviews, configuration reviews, and log analysis, and develop practical improvement roadmaps- Prepare dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI) and deliver clear status updates in both Japanese and English- Support security incident response activities, including triage, containment, stakeholder communication, and follow-up corrective actions- Develop bilingual SOPs, user guides, and supporting documentation, and conduct enablement or training sessions when required- Automate configuration compliance checks and audit evidence collection where applicable- Act as the day-to-day point of contact with Japan headquarters on ICT security-related matters
