Job Description
Our client is seeking a Security Operations & Incident Response Specialist (Japanese Speaking) to support CSIRT/CERT activities and enhance security incident response capabilities across domestic and overseas group companies.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Operate and support the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT).
- Analyze, investigate, respond to, and recover from security incidents, including post-incident root cause analysis and recurrence prevention.
- Manage Attack Surface Management (ASM) and conduct vulnerability assessments, validation, and remediation support.
- Collect, analyze, and leverage threat intelligence to improve detection and response capabilities.
- Manage IT asset inventory and patch management processes.
- Plan and conduct security training, tabletop exercises, and drills for internal stakeholders.
- Operate internal cloud service and application approval systems.
- Provide security-related technical support and information sharing to regional and global group companies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and drive organization-wide security initiatives and projects.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and operations (network, servers, and/or cloud environments such as AWS or Azure).
- Proficiency in English and Japanese to effectively communicate with English and Japan-based stakeholders and regional teams (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
- Practical experience in security incident response and CSIRT operations.
- Hands-on experience with IT asset management and patch management.
- Experience in security vulnerability handling, including discovery, validation, and remediation recommendations.
- Experience collecting and utilizing threat intelligence.
- Experience in planning and executing security training or incident response exercises.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and drive projects within large or complex organizations.
(Advantageous)
- Experience in security operations within multinational or global organizations.
- Exposure to cloud and endpoint security operations, including SaaS / IaaS log monitoring.
- Prior experience working for SI vendors, IT consulting firms, or technology vendors.
- Experience developing or maintaining internal security policies, standards, or guidelines.
- Possession of information security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.English Level
