  • Job Description

    Our client is seeking an Information Security Solution Specialist (Japanese Speaking) to lead the evaluation, deployment, and rollout of security tools and platforms across the organization, while closely collaborating with HQ in Japan.


    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Evaluate, deploy, and roll out cybersecurity-related IT services and software across the enterprise
    - Plan, design, and implement security solutions and tools, including defining operational rules
    - Support and manage projects during security incidents, including issue identification and remediation planning
    - Manage operational quality, conduct functional evaluations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
    - Coordinate with multiple internal departments and lead enterprise-wide deployment projects

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
    - 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and validation（network, cloud, servers, etc.）
    - 3+ years of experience in application development or system operations
    - Experience planning and deploying cybersecurity platforms or security solutions
    - Experience evaluating and implementing security tools or IT products
    - Hands-on experience in security incident response and related project management（issue identification, action planning, progress tracking）
    - Proficiency in English and Japanese to effectively communicate with English and Japan-based stakeholders and regional teams (JLPT N1 or equivalent)


    (Advantageous)
    - Information security-related certifications（AWS Certifications, CISSP, CISM, Registered Information Security Specialist, etc.）
    - Experience researching and implementing emerging technologies
    （AI, Zero Trust, IoT, etc.）
    - Experience developing or improving security operational rules and processes
    - Experience developing internal security policies and guidelines
    - Prior work experience in the IT industry（SI vendors, technology vendors, managed service providers, etc.）
