Currently hiring for QC Analyst to join their team!【Responsibilities】- Conduct sensory evaluation and ensure the overall status of incoming raw materials, compounding lab samples, and olfactive evaluation of aged stocks including Local ERP & SAP transactions.- Issue various documents and reply to technical enquiries raised internally or externally (e.g. by customers).- Conduct investigations on customers’ complaint samples or rejected items.- Ensure lab stock is sufficient for lab use.- Ensure that preventive maintenance and external calibration of lab equipment are carried out duly.- Ensure proper functioning and running of QC laboratories (Chemical, sensory, microbiology, retain sample room) in accordance with ISO9001, 5S, lean principle, ISO14000 and OSHAS 18001 standards and procedures.- Assist and support in the implementation of continuous improvements in QA/QC functions.
