They are currently looking for a Sales Executive - Section Manager to join their prestigious organisation.【What you will be working on】- Report to the Business Manager on all Sales Section's activities.- Assist the Business Manager with all activities and ensure all activities are executed as planned.- Make constructive improvements to the section’s overall work scope such as workflow, communication, training, documentation, processes, etc.- Improve productivity at the Section, Department or Company level, such as streamlining the work, introducing, reducing manhours/job done, improving the processes for better output, etc.- Act as a point of contact between customers and the company and prepare necessary documentation. - Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers- Responding to customer queries.- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations.- Investigate and liaise with potential customers.- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.- Coordinate, arrange, and attend face-to-face meetings with customers where necessary. This will include overnight and overseas trips.- Coordinate with internal and all external parties, such as QA, Logistics, and external distributors, for sales/delivery arrangements and other sales-related matters.- Track and report sales status and forecast by using trend charts, analysing forecasts received from customers, and gathering market and customer information.- Analyse profitability and propose price adjustment strategy to the Business Manager.- Ensure that necessary processes are carried out so that sales activities are performed promptly and appropriately.- Conduct an investigation and generate the corrective action request report as and when necessary.- Coordinate daily Sales activities and supervise the Sales Section’s day-to-day activities, give guidance, and assign tasks to subordinates.- Prepare the annual budget using the best estimate at the time and promptly, to propose to Business Manager.- Organize and prepare material for internal use/meetings.- Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities.- Assist Procurement Section's work in the absence of the staff and any other cases when required.- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Business Manager.

Reports to the superiors on any defects or abnormalities found.- Prepare goods for shipment by:1) Scanning the serial number of the drums2) Pasting of shipping mark as required by the customer3) Prepare the finished goods by placing them in the awaiting shipment area- Carry out loading/unloading of import/export containers and trucks.- Carry our inspection of import/export containers before and after loading/loading by taking snapshots/pictures of the containers and trucks for shipment.- Ensure proper operation of the truck, delivery of finished goods in a safe and timely manner and carry out safety checks and housekeeping for the truck.- Carry out charging of battery for all equipment- Refuel the diesel forklift whenever needed- Inspect the forklift before usage according to the check sheet- Drive the truck for transfer of any materials between the premise and off-site warehouses when assigned to do so.- Deliver finished goods to the customer site by truck in a safe and orderly manner when assigned to do so.- Assist in the delivery and discharge of chemicals, including supporting the physical unloading and loading of chemicals at the customer site, when assigned to do so.- Assist in the collection and delivery of empty used containers from the customer site back to the warehouse when assigned to do so. - Conduct proper housekeeping in the warehouse vicinity. - Conduct traffic control and safety of incoming and outgoing vehicles for shipment and deliveries.- Drive Prime Mover to conduct, shift, arrange, and deliver to customers arrangement of Iso-tankers.- Assist the production department in unloading raw materials and containers.- Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities.- Perform any other tasks as instructed by the superior.
