  • Job Description

    Our client, a provider of high-quality plastics and synthetic rubber for industries such as automotive and electronics, is seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist to join their esteemed organization

    Reporting to: QC Manager/Assistant Manager

    【Responsibilities】
    - Lead and manage Quality Management System (QMS) improvement initiatives across all departments and functions to ensure quality objectives and plans are effectively implemented and maintained in full compliance with relevant certifications and company policies.
    - Support the implementation and drive continuous improvement of Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health Management Systems, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001/SS651.
    - Plan, lead, and participate in customer, internal, and external audits. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of audit findings in collaboration with process owners.
    - Coordinate and lead annual activities such as the Risk & Opportunity (R&O) Registry, Contingency Planning, and Management Reviews. Actively participate in monthly quality meetings.
    - Ensure ongoing compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards by staying up to date with regulatory and standard changes. Responsible for generating, reviewing, and updating QMS documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
    - Oversee and review daily production release activities. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
    - Perform any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or QA Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Science, or a related field
    - 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, with a solid understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards in manufacturing environment
    - Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
    - Proven experience in the audit and compliance process
    - Hands-on experience with QMS software/tools and document control systems.

    (Advantageous)
    - Certified or experienced as a lead auditor is a plus
