Our client is a global FMCG company for baby & maternity products. You will be responsible for the product design and product development lifecycle.Reporting to: R&D Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Lead the product development lifecycle, transforming creative concepts into market-ready products from initial design to final production- Source OEM strategically and new products from international partners, evaluating and selecting suppliers while ensuring adherence to company quality standards- Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Engineers, Product Managers, QA/QC, and Marketing teams to define, develop, and validate mechanical design intent- Conduct in-depth engineering research to resolve design challenges, optimize product structures, select appropriate materials, and define specifications to meet performance and cost objectives- Perform tolerance analysis, risk assessments, and engineering validation, implementing technological advancements to enhance cost efficiency- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including product specifications, evaluation reports, and cost analysis, to support seamless mass production- Work alongside manufacturing partners to ensure feasibility, quality compliance, and efficient production processes- Demonstrate expertise in molding processes, including injection molding, compression molding, and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding, with a strong understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) principles

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of company products and achieving high customer satisfaction by delivering expert technical support, training, and service across the region.【 Responsibilities 】- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing Products (Printers, Cutting Plotters, etc.) including software application.- Provide technical support to dealers and customers on company products.- Attend to customer's complaints and provide solutions that address their needs.- Provide Technical Training to Oversea Dealers on company products.- Record and submit all service data and reports properly as and when required.- Logistic-related In-Out and Inventory management to ensure spare part availability.- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, sales, technical support) and external stakeholders (distributors, customers) to support pre-sales activities such as sample printing, promotion kit preparation, and machine specification testing.
