【 業務内容 】
・週間でウェブ広告の品質管理・監査業務を遂行
・隔週で品質向上のためのセミナーに参加
・マーケティング専門チームとの定期的なコーチングセッション開催
・社内外の協力者と緊密に連携し、監査を実施、パフォーマンスレポートを作成
・外部の監査役の月時定例セミナーに参加
・オペレーションチームと外部監査に定期的な品質のアップデートを行う
・最新の商品案内・サービスの知識アップデート
・品質の重要性を各メンバーに共有し、社内の品質レベルを向上
・顧客満足度調査の実施

Requirement
【必須条件】
・2年以上の営業チームのマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
・WEB広告・デジタルマーケティング業界に強い興味をお持ちの方English Level
