Our client is a Lighting Electrical Contractor specializing in various construction projects, including F&B outlets, retail spaces, commercial buildings, and more. They are currently looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Business Development). 【Responsibilities】- Focus on business development – new customers and new projects- Service existing customers- Handle lighting specifications with Lighting Consultants, Architects, IDs, etc.- Promote company's brand of products and create product awareness- Prepare marketing presentation materials- Explain product features during live demonstrations / presentations- Handle sales enquiries generated by company- Attend site walks / surveys- Prepare sales quotations and tenders- Follow-up on inquiries both via email and calls- Help clients solve problems with product usage.- Manage projects, monitor progress and ensure smooth completion.- Coordinate the works of a multi-disciplinary workforce including consultants, external subcontractors and etc.- Provide project status update to management accurately and in a timely manner.- Attend to maintenance issues including troubleshooting.
