In this role, a Sales Manager is responsible for developing new sales/business opportunities and managing the sales team.You will be reporting to the Managing Director. 【 What you will be doing 】- Sourcing & developing new client relationships, referrals, and projects- Role to prospect and develop new customers in the F&B industry.- Propose and present a leasing program for commercial kitchen equipment to hospitality business owners.- Service new and existing clientele.(50%/50%)- Prepare leasing quotations and weekly sales reports.- Discuss and advise customers on equipment options.- Conduct equipment demonstrations and site surveys- Work closely with management and engineers to achieve the quarterly target.- Complete sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members and following up on work results
