Our client, a Japanese clinic, is seeking a Specialist Doctor (Pediatrics / Cardiology / Pulmonology) (Japanese-speaking) either Pediatrics, Cardiology, or Pulmonology who can speak and write Japanese fluently and is well-versed in the Japanese medical and health systems. The successful candidate will be in charge of delivering medical treatment, primarily to our Japanese patients in Singapore.This position will be reporting to the doctor in charge and management.【 Responsibilities 】‐ Conduct medical examinations and give therapy to patients.- Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic ailments.- Create and implement patient-management programs.- Maintain proper patient records and confidentiality.- Collaborate with other healthcare experts to provide comprehensive patient care.- Provide patient education and advice on how to maintain good health and avoid diseases.- Stay up to date on the latest medical practices and treatments.- Ensure adherence to medical rules and clinic policies.

They are looking for a Receptionist & Medical Translator to join the new team.【 What you will be doing 】- Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner.- Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally, and electronically/ e-mails. Check emails regularly.- Assist with patient registration and appointment.- Japanese to English and English to Japanese interpretation for doctors and patients (training will be provided)- Prepare claims form for the patient with insurance policy coverage.- Assist patients with vaccination bookings.- Receive lab reports, share them with the doctor, call the patient and conduct filing accordingly.- Orders for stationery and supplies for clinic usage. - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and hospitals as required.- Prepare medicine as prescribed by the doctor.- Assist nurse and doctor when necessary.- Perform other duties and errands as assigned by the Manager.

Our client, a Japanese clinic, is seeking an Assistant Clinic Nurse (Japanese Speaking)to provide compassionate, patient-centred care and facilitate effective communication with doctors and patients.You will report to the Nurse Manager.【 What you will be doing 】- Ensuring nursing care services are safe, competent, and personalized. Upholding nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring, and infection control.- Maintaining accurate documentation of patients’ conditions and collating data.- Managing overseas travel insurance, handling clinic emails, phone calls, inquiries, patient registrations, and reservations as required.- Handling OTAI claims and coverage for consultations, treatments, medications, surgeries, or hospital admissions.- Liaising with OTAI for Letters of Guarantee (LOG), specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and radiology for billing.- Following up on outstanding payments from corporate clients, OTAI, and self-paying patients.- Scheduling appointments for health screenings and managing follow-up reports.- Assisting in translation duties within and outside the clinic to facilitate communication among patients, clinic staff, doctors, and specialists.- Performing various health examination procedures, including anthropometric measurements, blood pressure, retinal imaging, ECG, visual acuity tests, spirometry, and hand grip measurements.- Conducting face-to-face surveys with research participants.- Conducting inventory checks on equipment, surgical supplies, and instruments.- Collating all laboratory and x-ray results and reports from specialists.- Following up on doctors' instructions regarding laboratory, x-ray, and other results for review.- Dispensing medications.- Performing any other duties as assigned by management.
