They are seeking passionate individuals to join their founding team and play a key role in launching their first outlet in Singapore while growing with the business.【Responsibilities】Store Operations- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient performance.- Support new outlet openings, including pre-opening preparations.- Monitor sales, profitability, and operational KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.- Develop and maintain operational procedures and prepare management reports.Team Management- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise restaurant staff.- Manage staff scheduling and manpower planning.- Foster a positive team culture and support employee development.Customer Service- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.- Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.Inventory & Cost Control- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control to minimize wastage and improve profitability.Food Safety & Quality- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.- Conduct regular operational and hygiene inspections.Business Expansion- Support new store openings and multi-outlet operations.- Collaborate with management to improve operational processes and business performance.
