Job Description
Our Client is a BLDC (Brushless Direct Current Motor) Motor Company from Japan. This role of Sales & Business Development is responsible for managing customers‘ enquiries and ensuring that their concerns are resolved professionally.
90% are Existing Sales & 10% are BD.
You will be reporting to the General manager.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Manage customers' enquiries or feedback and ensure that their concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate good relationships with the allocated customers and constantly looking for new customers and expanding market coverage
- Facilitate and handle business enquiries regarding sales and products
- Assist in information gathering and market intelligence.
- Function as the key interface on supply chain transactions, technical issues, problem-solving, analyzing the technical problem and initiating corrective action for all sales territories.
- May require travel to provide technical assistance or assist in business activities.
- To negotiate, manage and track contracts, purchase orders and invoices.
- Responsible for new business development by proactively discussing/proposing areas for growth and implementing initiatives to grow.
