Our client specializes in sourcing quality products and providing supply chain management solutions for businesses across various industries. They are currently seeking a Sales/ Business Development Executive. This is a 1 year contract role which is renewable on a yearly basis.【Responsibilities】- Identify potential Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Electronics Manufacturers (CEMs), and end-user customers- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with both existing and new customers through various channels, not limited to cold calling, proposal emails, and in-person meetings- Build robust relationships with all personnel who have buying influence within our customers’ organizations- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process for our valued customers- Achieve sales targets set by the company

Our client is in the vertical transportation industry. Currently, they are looking for an Assistant Officer-Renovation.【 Responsibilities 】- Familiarize oneself with the equipment to provide technical assistance to Renovation work.- Assist in establishing renovation works procedures.- Assist in establishing technical manuals and standards.- Ensure that renovation works are carried out according to schedule.- Plan renovation works schedule with supervisors.- Prepare purchase requisition for materials or sub-contractor works.- Liaise with customers on schedule for renovation works.- Liaise with appointed sub-contractors on work schedules.- Report to the Superior on all matters relating to the department.- Coordinate with other departments and oversee matters relating to renovation works.- Prepare, record and submit all documents relating to renovation works.- Conduct patrol checks on renovation works- Assist in the investigation of damages/accidents and prepare the necessary reports.- Carry out any other duties as assigned by his superior- Ensure compliance with environmental policy, reduction of waste and the Workplace, Safety & Health Act (WSHA)- Ensure work processes are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements
