Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and Maintenance, Repair and Operations items. They are currently seeking a Business Support Executive. This position will handle all inventory and supplier related tasks relating to e-commerce sales. 【Responsibilities】- Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement. - Collect and analyze historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products - Minimize Out of Stock by actively monitoring stock inventory, replenish accordingly. - Work closely with suppliers to ensure profitability of items, cost reduction, and expand product line-up. - Work closely with suppliers for On-Time Delivery and expedite when necessary. - Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and communicate with suppliers if necessary. - Maintain or update product master database. - Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc. - Collect statistics and generate reports.

They are currently seeking an Indoor Sales Executive/ Telesales Executive to join their team.【Responsibilities】- Drive sales performance and meet revenue, sales and profits targets set by the Company - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business - Handle enquiries from customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner - Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc.) to post sales and identify any potential sales opportunities - Reach out to new and existing customers via phone calls and emails to provide support, identify needs and create sales opportunities - Qualify leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities - Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual, team and departmental KPIs - Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to aid management in their decision making - Assist in filling in the questionnaire, surveys and accreditation forms required by customers
