Our Client is a reputable Trading Company, currently seeking to fill the role of an Executive / Senior Executive for their SCM Solutions Department 【 What you will be doing 】- Work closely with businesses to understand, analyze and model existing / potential future business processes- Able to identify business pain points & opportunities, designing solutions to improve and enhance business processes & value creation through the use of innovation & technology- Work closely with business and system owners to understand & document project vision, roadmap, and value proposition;- Prioritize backlogs through analysis with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of the functional/design specifications;- Reviews and creates business requirement document and translate them into functional specifications for development;- Knowledge transfer of business requirements to developers for development;- Prepare / Write test cases & perform testing to ensure function developed as per requirement, resolving bugs before acceptance of product;- Create training materials on system functionality to guide users, ensure user understanding, and have a smooth onboarding experience;- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users for new business processes/systems implemented;- Work with the Sales & Marketing Team to support onboarding preparation, and POC/trial, until the user can independently use our product (go live)- Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed (operations and maintenance phase)

Our Client is a reputable Trading Company, currently seeking to fill the role of a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Talent Management)【 What you will be doing 】Talent Management- Review and update the talent management framework for key management talents in the Asia Pacific region- Enable the annual talent review cycle through the communication of key deliverables at the regional level.- Conduct analysis on talent pools, identify issues and propose countermeasures to accelerate talent development and deployment.- Support group companies in talent review sessions and roll up to succession plans & development plans for key positions at the country level.- Support and help drive Talent Actions/Outcomes from Talent Review meetings at both regional & country level- Champion change initiatives, reinforce communication, and advocate the development planning processTalent Development- Review and update the development roadmap for the leadership program in the region- Design and review the content with subject experts and stakeholders- Coordinate and organize Leadership & Professional Development training initiatives in the Asia Pacific region- Support global leadership program and ensure alignmentPerformance Management- Coordinate with vendors on the E-platform for Performance management systems for the Asia Pacific region- Support countries’ HR managers in revamping respective performance management tools as well as processesTalent Acquisition- Conduct needs analysis at the country level- Work with country HR and HQ/HR to implement talent acquisition strategies in Japan's universities- Provide regional/local perspective on labour markets, recruiting channels, talent pools, and competitive landscape to the country's HR- Develop recruitment channels/networks in the regionOthers- Responsible for maintaining and updating HR data in the region- Prepare various reports for the region management- Provide support to the Head, of Human Resources on various project preparation and implementation.
