Our Client is a reputable Trading Company, currently seeking to fill the role of an Executive to support the Area Operations Department. 【 What you will be doing 】- Manage the overall ordering system, demand and supply, product and pricing activities - Close coordination with the distributor, conduct market and price analysis reference to competitor's activities efficiently.- Manage country issues/challenges by maintaining close liaison with distributors and manufacturers- Monitor and tracking of shipments and inventory status with distributor, and other ad-hoc duties requested by superior.- Work with distributors to discuss retail sales/forecast & production orders.- Discuss with suppliers/distributors on half-yearly sales target / revised forecast.- Provide distributors with insight into a better model mix in optimizing product line-up.- Prepare and present related reports.- Analyze client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions.- Handle and improve product management.- Liaise and negotiate with counterparts in related countries.- Any other duties or jobs assigned from time to time.
