They are looking for an experienced Assistant Field Support Engineer/Engineer/Senior Engineer (Mechatronic) to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of semiconductor equipment and vacuum pumps at customer sites.This role is ideal for candidates with a strong mechanical and electrical engineering foundation who enjoy hands-on equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and repair.You will gain practical exposure to semiconductor equipment and vacuum pump technology, supported by product and technical training.【Responsibilities】- Carry out equipment installation, start-up, commissioning, and preventive maintenance at customer sites.- Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of semiconductor and industrial equipment.- Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment faults using technical drawings, operating data and test instruments.- Disassemble, inspect, overhaul, repair, reassemble and test dry and wet vacuum pumps according to approved procedures.- Inspect mechanical components, electrical connections, sensors and other equipment parts to identify faults.- Replace or adjust components and verify equipment performance after servicing.- Prepare tools, spare parts and equipment required for service assignments.- Record work performed, measurements, parts used, equipment conditions, and outstanding issues accurately in service reports.- Coordinate service activities with customers and internal technical teams.- Escalate faults or delays beyond assigned technical competence with clear information and troubleshooting findings.- Support and guide Assistant Engineers where applicable.- Follow company and customer safety, quality, and cleanroom requirements.- Participate in overseas product and technical training for 3–6 months in Japan, China, Taiwan or Thailand, as assigned.
