【What will you be working on】
1. Finance & Accounting
- Oversee the performance of the F&A team to ensure smooth & stable operation to fulfill F&A objectives
- Ensure the tasks are carried out in compliance with operating standards, company rules & regulations, and statutory requirements (eg. GST, transfer of pricing, etc)
- Manage the overall accounting and financial reporting for company and its subsidiary to ensure compliance with requirements or regulations; cost control, track cost savings & capex (BP), forecasting, budgeting, and internal control process
- Maintain the accounting system
- Coordinate & facilitate internal & external Audits to effectively communicate and ensure that requirements are adhered to
- Liaise with Auditor for Expatriate Taxation
2. Office Management & Administration
- Corporate Affairs / Governance
- Facility Management

- Japan HQ Reporting
3. Human Resources
- Plan, review & manage the Human Resources activities by optimizing internal &/or external resources
- Manage the Headcount and other HR-related reports to Japan HQ and regulatory bodies
4. Legal, Compliance & Risk Management
- Plan, coordinate and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that requirements by head office, QEHS, CERT, internal control, risk management plan and other regulatory compliance are effectively communicated and being adhered to
- Ensure all aspects of office & business operation are in compliance with all relevant laws & regulations
- Seek & liaise with external lawyers for inquiries, litigations, or resolution matters
5. HR Management & Process Improvement
- Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team of F&A professionals to ensure that MNA achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws
- Motivate, develop and retain team members, by enhancing their professional capabilities and team resilience through specific training or other programs
- Plan & implement procedures/systems to enhance work/service processes at functional & company levelsBenefit
