Our client is a Japanese organization that supports and facilitates business development and collaboration between Japanese and local companies in Singapore. They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager, Business Development Division (1-Year Renewable Contract) to join their team in Singapore.【Responsibilities】- Support various innovation and business collaboration projects between Japan and Singapore- Coordinate and communicate with local companies, government agencies, and internal stakeholders- Participate in meetings and assist with follow-up coordination- Support promotional activities through newsletters, social media, and event exhibitions- Prepare simple documents and presentation materials using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Maintain internal databases and support progress tracking- Prepare meeting minutes in Japanese and/or English- Provide administrative support for seminars, workshops, and events- Assist in preparing reports and project documentation- Handle general administrative and project support duties- Optional business trips to Japan and Southeast Asia depending on project needs and personal interests
