Our client, a Japanese interior design and construction firm in Singapore, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee commercial interior fit-out projects, including restaurants, retail outlets, and other commercial spaces.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards.【 Responsibilities 】- Manage joinery installation and subcontractors for restaurant and retail fit-out projects.- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.- Enforce site safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations and company standards.- Review and interpret drawings or modifications using CAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.- Support the project team in meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
