They are seeking an Accounting Consolidation Manager to oversee the global accounting consolidation process.Reporting Line: You will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer.【Responsibilities】- Oversee the monthly consolidated financial close for the group, which includes 15 entities (3 in Japan and 12 internationally), ensuring alignment with IFRS standards. This includes monitoring and reviewing consolidation packages from all subsidiaries.- Manage daily accounting operations in Corporate Japan, coordinating with global accounting teams, and collaborating closely with the FP&A team.- Lead strategic accounting projects, such as the implementation of consolidation systems and the improvement of accounting processes.- Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS in a timely manner.- Prepare annual consolidated financial statements according to IFRS, including detailed footnotes for audit purposes.- Maintain and enhance accounting policies, internal controls, and relevant consolidation systems at the group level.- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.- Manage a team of 3-5 members within the Corporate office.
