They are currently seeking a Technical Sales Assistant Manager/Executive to provide technical sales support and develop business opportunities, primarily serving customers in the semiconductor equipment OEM and manufacturing industries.【 Responsibilities 】1. Business Development & Sales- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned industries and territories.- Conduct customer visits to understand manufacturing challenges and identify business opportunities.- Achieve assigned sales, gross profit, and new customer acquisition targets.- Prepare quotations, conduct commercial negotiations within the approved authority, and drive opportunities to successful order closure.- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast using Salesforce CRM.2. Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, buyers, and other key customer stakeholders.- Expand existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.- Provide timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and after-sales support.3. Technical Sales & Solution Consulting- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products and technical solutions.- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.- Collaborate with Product Management and Operations teams to resolve technical and commercial issues.4.
