Process Improvement- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency, internal controls, and collection effectiveness.- Support finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and digitalisation projects.5. Stakeholder Management- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, the Sales team, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely collections and issue resolution.- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external parties when required.- Support ad hoc projects and other duties assigned by Management.6.
