• Job Description

  Our client is a well-established Japanese construction company seeking a Business Development Officer to join its regional construction team in Asia.
  
  This role supports the Business Development Unit by managing business development data, market intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. The position contributes to operational efficiency, supports decision-making processes, and prepares reports and materials for the Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters (APRHQ) and Tokyo Headquarters.
  
  Reporting to: General Manager
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Manage and update sales pipeline data, client information, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
  - Maintain internal databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  - Prepare periodic business development reports for APRHQ and Tokyo Headquarters.
  - Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying manual processes and assisting in the implementation of automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate).
  - Prepare meeting materials, tender support documents, and presentation decks.
  - Ensure proper documentation and data management in accordance with company management systems and internal guidelines.
