You will be reporting to the General Manager. 【Responsibilities】- Attend site visits before quotation preparation, during the construction period, and after project completion- Price negotiation with clients and suppliers for contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders- Evaluation of awarded suppliers/subcontractors' quotations- Coordinate with the supplier to complete the works within the given time frame, cost control to ensure the project cost is within the budget, and make a profit, prepare variation orders for works different from the contract
