  • Job Description

    Our client, an IT solutions provider, is seeking a System & Support Engineer (Japanese Speaking). This role involves designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft-based systems while providing technical solutions in both Japanese and English. Responsibilities include defining requirements, creating technical proposals, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance as a System Engineer, along with providing onsite and remote support, PC support, and IT infrastructure maintenance as a Support Engineer.

    【 Responsibilities 】

    1) System Engineer
    - Design, implement, and configure Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networks, and other IT systems.
    - Define client requirements and provide tailored technical proposals.
    - Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
    - Create and maintain detailed documentation for clients.

    2) Support Engineer
    - Provide end-user support for PCs and related hardware.
    - Support office systems, including printers, video conferencing, and other devices.
    - Maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks) and manage escalations and replacements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - At least 2 years of relevant experience as a System & Support Engineer.
    - Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and virtualization platforms.
    - Comprehensive technical expertise in system design, implementation, and operation.
    - Strong communication skills in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) and English, both spoken and written, to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers.
    - Understanding of Windows 10/11, printers, network devices, and peripherals.
    - Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac) and application software.
    - Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
    - Experience in user support.
    - Knowledge and support experience with office systems.

    (Advantageous)
    - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
    - Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-700) are a plus
