  • Job Description

    Our client is involved with maintaining and repairing vertical and horizontal transport. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Prepare sales estimates for maintenance parts
    - Create and negotiate quotations with customers
    - Monitor and update the status of ongoing sales activities
    - Prepare reports related to quotations and sales operations
    - Issue job instructions and relevant documentation for assigned tasks
    - Assist in developing and maintaining software/tools to support sales activities
    - Coordinate with other departments on work-related matters
    - Report all section-related matters to the immediate superior
    - Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
    - Maintain proper records and filing of completed tasks
    - Ensure confidentiality of all data and information handled
    - Comply with the Environmental Policy, including waste reduction and pollution prevention efforts

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in engineering
    - Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply
    - Basic administrative skills
    - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills such as the creation of tables and analysis of data

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience in negotiation with external customers
    - Experience in sales or Customer service.
    - Experience in handling and analyzing large data quantities.
    - Good communication skills
