They are looking for an Treasury Manager/Assistant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing treasury operations for the region.【 Responsibilities 】-Treasury operations for Singapore and South East Asia countries in executing, coordinating and monitoring of all group treasury activities in line with local regulations and business requirements.- Standardize foreign exchange and fixed deposit operation- Provide financial expertise on business investments, cash liquidation risk, and foreign exchange risk- Liaise closely and be able to negotiate with Japanese and Local financial institutions to propose a better scheme for the business.

Our client, a leading Japanese car leasing and rental company, is seeking an HR Manager to oversee and drive their HR operations in Singapore.【 Responsibilities 】1) HR Operations & Administration (Generalist)- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.- Oversee and administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.- Manage and track employee leave entitlements (annual leave, medical leave, etc.) in line with company policies.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files.2) Talent Acquisition- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting and candidate screening to selection and offer discussions, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.3) Employee Relations & Compliance- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and address employee relations matters promptly and professionally.- Review and assist in drafting or updating employment contracts and HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.4) Performance Management & Development- Review, refine, and improve the company’s performance appraisal framework and processes.- Collaborate with management to implement effective performance management strategies that support business objectives.
