They are looking for an Associate (Structured Finance) who will work closely with the VP and support their daily operations.【 What you will be doing 】- Liaison with clients for billing.- Support covenants management.- Liaison with financial institutions on administrative matters.- Handling KYC matters (both as lender and principal).- Management billing and repayment schedules/procedures.- Handle credit monitoring for existing and potential customers.- Work closely with the finance team for billing and payment matters.- Perform system entry.- Liaison with HQ system person-in-charge of the system matters.- Handle administrative tasks in relation to business(Issue invoice, contract updates etc)- Manage documents (contracts, certificates etc)- Assist in securing approvals (internal and external).- Prepare reports, references and other related documents.- Conduct due diligence.- Other ad-hoc jobs/tasks may be assigned by the superior.
