As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the corporate sector in the South Korean market.【 Responsibilities 】- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive sales efforts, consistently achieving revenue targets and contributing to overall team goals.- Conduct client needs assessments, schedule and deliver presentations, and negotiate business agreements.- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies tailored to the South Korean market.- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance client engagement and business outcomes.- Propose and provide customized solutions to a diverse range of South Korean corporations and professional firms, including securities/investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies, private equity funds, consulting firms, and M&A advisory firms.

To strengthen their sales team, they are seeking a Field Sales Executive to engage with Japanese enterprises and strategic teams (such as Corporate Planning, New Business, R&D) based in Hong Kong.In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate our unique value proposition.【 Responsibilities 】- Take full ownership of field sales activities within a structured sales framework.- Lead the entire sales cycle—from proposal through negotiation to closing—for opportunities generated by the Inside Sales team.- Identify and cultivate potential clients, schedule meetings, and close deals (lead generation, appointment setting, and closing).- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development to enhance customer value and accelerate business growth.- Design and implement initiatives to expand successful use cases and develop new markets.
