Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who will oversee all mechanical installation work on-site, managing a team of approximately 40 members. Your responsibilities include full project lifecycle management, technical coordination, and on-site supervision.This position reports to the Director.【 Responsibilities 】1. Site Management:- Supervise and provide guidance on ACMV and mechanical equipment installation on-site.- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.2. Engineering Management:- Support detailed design planning, propose construction methods, and assist with approval processes.- Review shop drawings and technical submissions for client and regulatory authority approvals.- Oversee material procurement from purchase order issuance through delivery.3. Progress Management:- Monitor project progress and implement improvement plans if delays occur.4. Cost Management:- Control costs for base works and variation orders.- Manage claims and billing in collaboration with the commercial team.5. Quality Management:- Ensure all work meets client specifications and technical standards.6. Safety Management:- Enforce on-site safety procedures and maintain compliance.- Develop and monitor safety plans for all work activities.

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager (Electrical Engineer) with a strong background in Electrical Engineering within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring electrical engineering projects and ensuring their successful execution.This position reports to the Deputy General Manager.Project Site: Tuas 【Responsibilities】- Assist in project planning, cost estimation, logistics, departmental briefings, quality control, schedule management, budget oversight, and communication.- Oversee all M&E construction activities, ensuring performance standards, and procedures, and recommending improvements and corrective actions.- Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings, applicable code and standards and project schedule and cost.- Develops and implements corporate construction policies.- Oversee the effective management of project activities to ensure timely delivery and low wastage.- Manage and lead a team of engineers.- Liaise with internal departments, government/Statutory Authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth operation of projects.- Provide timely project progress reporting to Management and attend all site meetings.- Ensure the business objectives are met and that all relevant regulations and laws are complied with.- Ensure that Quality Assurance and ISO standards are maintained in all construction activities, meeting customer quality specifications.- Allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity.
