Our client, a prominent construction company, a well-established Japanese M&E subcontractor, is seeking a Deputy General Manager to support the Japanese General Manager in overseeing overall business operations in Singapore.This role is a senior management position with a strong focus on contractual negotiations, stakeholder management, and operational governance, rather than pure site execution.The successful candidate will play a key role in stabilizing current operations and contributing to the company’s mid- to long-term growth in Singapore.【Responsibilities】1) Management & Leadership-Act as the right-hand support to the General Manager, providing management support aligned with local business practices.-Oversee company-wide operations across electrical, mechanical, EHS, and administrative functions.-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and construction quality.2) Contract & Negotiation-Lead negotiations with main contractors’ senior management on:-Contract conditions and variations-Additional works arising from design changes3) Cost claims and budget adjustments-Extension of time (EOT) and avoidance of liquidated damages-Handle claims related to quality, safety, and responsibility allocation.4) Project & Risk Management-Support Project Managers in managing large-scale electrical projects (SGD 10M+).-Provide guidance during critical incidents, accidents, or major delays, and lead recovery discussions with stakeholders.-Propose Value Engineering (VE) solutions to balance cost efficiency and profitability.5) Business Development (Future Scope)-Build relationships with local main contractors.-Support business development activities and contribute to new project acquisition.

The Site Manager will oversee on-site operations, manage sub-contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role involves close collaboration with the Account Management Team, internal stakeholders, and clients.Reports to: Managing Director & Senior Account Manager【 Responsibilities 】- Ensure smooth project progress, timely delivery, and completion of office projects by site teams and contractors.- Monitor project planning, scheduling, and coordination of interior design and fit-out works.- Liaise with clients to track and control project costs, quality, and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.- Coordinate closely with in-house Designers, QS teams, and manufacturing teams.- Work with contractors and sub-contractors to follow up on drawings, submissions, completion letters, and delivery processes.- Manage site operations, coordination, and safety meetings.- Monitor budgeting and expenditure control throughout the project lifecycle.- Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects and future business opportunities.- Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.Working Hours:- Basic hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (flexible depending on project requirements)- Direct site visits may be required without office reporting- Night duties on off-days (Sat/Sun/Public Holidays) may be required; off days in lieu will be provided

We are seeking an experienced Senior BMS Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS) works. This role requires strong technical expertise in BMS integration with ACMV, electrical, and other M&E systems, ensuring smooth project execution from design to handover.This position reports to the Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Perform detailed engineering design, system configuration, and preparation of shop drawings for BMS works.- Supervise and coordinate BMS installation, wiring, and integration activities on site.- Lead testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of BMS systems.- Ensure all BMS works comply with project specifications, design standards, and statutory regulations.- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues promptly.- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, progress reports, and operation & maintenance manuals.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site technicians.
