    Our client is a Japanese lifestyle company expanding its food and beverage business in Singapore, operating and developing a portfolio of popular restaurant and café brands.

    They are currently looking for a Barista & Service Crew to support daily café operations and provide high-quality customer service to guests.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Work on a two-shift roster, depending on operational requirements and business needs.
    - Café operating hours are from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm.
    - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
    - Take customer orders and handle payments accurately.
    - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.
    - Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and professionally.
    - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, dining area, and workstations.
    - Replenish stock and assist with inventory control when required.
    - Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
    - Support daily café operations and work closely with team members.

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Passion for customer service and the F&B industry.
    - Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented approach.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members..
    - Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
    - Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is advantageous.
    - Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
