Our client is a Japanese manufacturer of electronic products.You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and for providing first-level IT support to users. You will report to the Senior Manager, HR & Admin. 【Responsibilities】Human Resource Operations (60%)- Manage full recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, salary benchmarking and preparation of employment contracts- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding workflows, conduct employee orientation programs for new employees and manage exit clearance for departing employees- Support compensation and benefits, policy review, performance appraisal process, salary and bonus review, employee insurance and government claims- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, staff queries and disciplinary cases- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations- Support the expatriates in relocation and repatriation - Coordinate training & development activities and maintain training records - Spearhead in employee engagement activities, event planning and execution- Prepare monthly reports, update and maintain employee records, and handle other ad hoc projects, audits and surveys Payroll & Leave Processing (25%)- Responsible for end-to-end payroll & leave processing and ensure all payments or benefits comply with regulations, including preparation of IR21, IR8A and auto-inclusion submission- Prepare monthly HR General Ledger for finance entriesBasic IT Support & Coordination (15%)- As the first level of IT contact on user issues, involving hardware diagnostics and basic infrastructure matters- Serve as a liaison for escalation of more complex or critical network and infrastructure matters to the outsourcing vendor- Maintain IT assets and inventory control, keep track of software licenses and the devices deployment records
