Our Client is a leading supply chain and logistics management specialist. They are currently looking for a Customer Focus Executive (Freight) to be based in their Changi AirFreight Centre.【Responsibilities】- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding freight bookings, tracking, and general inquiries- Build strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and proactive communication- Work with operations teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure on-time pickup, transit, and delivery- Monitor shipments and provide real-time status updates- Handle customer concerns professionally, aiming for swift and effective resolution- Ensure all shipping documents comply with customs and regulatory requirements- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner- Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or adjustments- Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, rate quotations, and post-booking coordination- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records for operational and audit purposes- Suggest and support continuous improvement efforts across customer experience and operations
