Division: Flat Glass Division【Responsibilities】- Send invoices to Factory and follow up to obtain required documents (e.g., manufacturing certificates, etc.). - Process and manage order revisions for breakages, ensuring all updates are finalized before invoicing, based on factory notifications. - Review and amend Carrier’s Bill of Lading (B/L) as necessary - Review margin details and verify information before invoice confirmation. - Consolidate, review, amend, and send the complete set of export documents to the Order Team - Handle LC/DA/DP term orders — apply, consolidate, obtain required signatures, and submit documents to the bank or customer as applicable. - Apply for marine insurance, review details, and secure the marine insurance certificate. - Submit tax invoice to the Finance Department. - Prepare and update reports (weekly and monthly as required).
