One of our clients, a Japanese rice trading firm, is seeking a General Affairs & Administrative Executive to report directly to the Japanese Managing Director.【Responsibilities】- Send accounting-related documents (Accounting is outsourced, this involves only administrative tasks).- Issue Statements of Account (SOA) and check stock levels.- Handle order processing and administrative tasks related to the export and import of rice.- Book vessels for exports and imports.- Assist with recruitment and other HR tasks as needed.- Perform administrative tasks, including supporting sales, data entry, and answering phone calls.- Manage order processing.- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD).
