    Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment.
    This is a senior, hands-on technical role within the Field Service Engineering Division. The Senior Technical Support Engineer acts as a technical escalation expert for semiconductor handlers, probing, and high-power thermal solutions, supporting both customers and internal field service teams.

    The role serves as a bridge between field service, customers, and global R&D teams, ensuring fast resolution of critical production issues, successful introduction of new products (NPI), and continuous improvement of equipment performance, safety, and reliability.

    Division: TSE (Technical Support Engineering)
    Reporting to: Manager

    【Responsibilities】
    Technical Escalation Support
    - Provide advanced technical consultation and on-site support for handler, probing, and thermal-related issues
    - Lead investigation of complex production escalations to minimize downtime and production impact
    - Analyze failure trends and performance data, and work closely with global engineering and R&D teams to drive improvements

    New Product Introduction (NPI)
    - Support NPI evaluation planning and execution for new or enhanced handler and thermal solutions
    - Collect, analyze, and present evaluation data to R&D teams
    - Propose improvement ideas to enhance throughput, stability, thermal performance, and overall robustness before production deployment

    Quality & Safety
    - Track and follow up on product safety and quality topics (e.g. safety issues, corrective actions)
    - Ensure safe operation of handler and prober systems through proper training and procedures
    - Support customers and internal teams on best practices for equipment usage and safety compliance

    Knowledge Transfer & Training
    - Conduct technical training and workshops for field service engineers and customers
    - Develop and deliver “train-the-trainer” programs and optimization know-how
    - Act as a subject matter expert to uplift regional technical capability

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines
    - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor package handling, probing systems, and thermal technologies
    - Proven troubleshooting and escalation support experience in a production or customer-facing environment
    - Experience working with automation systems in semiconductor manufacturing
    - Ability to collaborate with regional and global engineering/R&D teams
    - Strong communication skills for technical discussions, presentations, and customer engagement
    - Willingness to support short-notice business travel, extended working hours, and weekend/holiday support during critical escalations
    - Direct experience in V93000 machine handling or similar
