Our client, a Japanese listed OEM food manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Support to assist the sales team in administrative and client-facing activities. This role involves supporting daily sales operations, preparing documents, and coordinating logistics.
【Responsibilities】
- Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team
- Accompany management on client visits when required
- Follow up with existing clients to maintain strong working relationships
- Prepare quotations and coordinate logistics arrangements
- Handle general sales administration and documentation
- Manage phone and email enquiries
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, and related documents
- Assist with trade shows and exhibitions
- Occasional business travel to Asia, the Middle East, or the United States may be required
