One of our client, which is a Japanese F&B firm, is now seeking a General Affairs & Administrative Assistant to support a wide range of responsibilities, from back-office administration to operational support at the site level for our Singapore operations.This role will work closely with Japanese executives and play an important part in building and supporting the company’s business operations in Singapore.【 Responsibilities 】1. Corporate Administration / Back Office- Manage banking procedures, account administration, and communication with financial institutions- Prepare and manage various documents related to government, regulatory, and legal requirements- Provide accounting support (journal entries, bookkeeping assistance, coordination with external accountants)- Handle general administration duties (office/store management, vendor coordination)- Support HR and recruitment processes (work pass applications, onboarding procedures, payroll coordination)- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and authorities (MOM, IRAS, ACRA, etc.)2. Operational Support & Executive Assistance- Provide interpretation and translation support for internal & external executive stakeholders - Facilitate communication between Japanese management, local staff, and business partners- Support restaurant launch preparation, opening activities, and daily operational support- Handle reporting and communication with the Japan headquarters- Assist with other tasks related to the Singapore business operations
