  • Job Description

    Our client is a well-established Japanese food importer and distributor dedicated to supplying a diverse range of premium foodstuffs to retailers, restaurants, and food service providers across Singapore. As they continue to expand their digital footprint and e-commerce (EC) channels, they are seeking an energetic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Executive.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
    - Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
    - Execute activities driven by data analytics
    - Identify strategic business partnerships
    - Implement e-commerce activities
    - Monitor fulfilment of customers’ orders via delivery service
    - Ensure all work orders are picked & packed in accordance with specifications
    - Perform goods release, shipments & collection where necessary
    - Perform any standby duties for weekends & public holidays
    - Perform warehouse operations to achieve desired KPI set by the management
    - Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms
    - Provide specialized knowledge and insights on the development of technology strategy and roadmap
    - Establish annual, monthly, weekly or daily sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Diploma or above in any field
    - Minimum 2 years of sales experience in one of the following industries:
    ・B2B SaaS
    ・E-commerce platforms
    ・Digital logistics solutions
    - Proven track record of closing complex enterprise/B2B sales deals
    - Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
    - Strong cold-calling and business development (outbound sales) experience
    - Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
