  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Performing scheduled and maintenance of XPS equipment at customer site.
  - New system installation and provide training to customer.
  - Providing technical support and guidance to clients ensuring their needs are met in a timely and
  professional manner.
  - Maintaining detailed records of all work carried out, in accordance with company policies and
  industry standards.
  - Other ad hoc duties assigned.
  - Be available for occasional international travel, particularly to India, to provide direct technical
  support.
