Job Description
Our client, a Japanese pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking to hire a Regional Medical Affairs Executive to developing and executing the regional medical strategy across Asia, serving as the key medical partner to global and local stakeholders for the CNS therapeutic area. The role will drive scientific engagement, evidence generation, medical education, and stakeholder partnerships to address unmet needs in the CNS therapeutic area and support patient outcomes across the region. The Regional Medical Affairs Executive (CNS Lead) will report to the Regional Medical Affairs Manager, and the role will require occasional travel across the region. This role offers the opportunity to influence CNS medical strategy across Asia, collaborate closely with global headquarters, engage leading experts in the field, and contribute to innovative evidence generation programs that address significant unmet patient needs.You will be reporting to the Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Develop and implement the CNS medical strategy for the Asia region, aligned with global medical affairs strategy and product positioning.- Lead evidence generation and data dissemination activities, including medical review of studies and scientific materials.- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), professional associations, and other stakeholders to communicate clinical and scientific data.- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including medical experts, scientific societies, patient associations, and health authorities, while gathering strategic insights.- Collaborate with Global Medical teams to design innovative medical affairs plans and studies, including Real-World Evidence (RWE), Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and digital health initiatives relevant to Asia.- Provide medical leadership and support for scientific advisory boards, symposiums, roundtable discussions, and other educational events.- Deliver objective, science-based presentations to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other strategic audiences.- Develop, review, and approve scientific and non-promotional medical materials.- Partner with Marketing to identify training needs and deliver medical and scientific training programs.
