Job Description
Our client is a well-established UK-based aviation services group with close to 50 years of industry experience, providing comprehensive aircraft aftermarket solutions to airlines and MROs worldwide.
The Singapore office serves as a key APAC regional hub, working closely with global repair networks and suppliers to ensure aircraft remain operational and flying safely.
(Scope of Business / Products)
- Products: Commercial aircraft accessory components (Accessory Class I, II, and III), including pumps, valves, actuators, generators, sensors, and related aircraft equipment, as well as component loan and lease solutions
- Customers: Airlines and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) companies
- Region: Act as a regional point of contact for aircraft parts aftermarket support across the APAC region
【Responsibilities】
- Manage RFQs, quotations, and order processing for aircraft parts, component exchange, and loan or lease arrangements.
- Coordinate with overseas repair stations, suppliers, and headquarters on repair, overhaul (MRO), and logistics arrangements.
- Support customers during AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, ensuring timely parts availability and rapid response.
- Build, maintain, and develop relationships with airlines, MROs, and aviation service providers.
- Monitor turnaround times, delivery schedules, and customer requirements to ensure service quality and compliance.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience within the aviation industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
- Willing to learn, cooperative, self-motivated, and keen to contribute on a long-term basis
(Advantageous)
- More than 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, including customer liaison, RFQ handling, and quotation management
- Experience in aircraft parts sales, component exchange, rotable management, and AOG support
- Familiarity with aircraft accessory components and aftermarket operations
- Experience dealing with airline and MRO customers in a fast-paced, RFQ-driven environment
- Able to join on short noticeEnglish Level
