Job Description
Our client, a provider of automation and precision solutions for industrial devices, is currently seeking a Senior Regional Sales Executive to enhance their sales activities.
Reporting to: General Manager
【 Responsibilities 】
1. New Business Development (ASEAN Region)
- Develop new customers in the ASEAN region by introducing the company’s product portfolio to untapped accounts.
- Understand customers’ required specifications, provide technical support, and conduct price negotiations.
- Handle mass production launch support.
- Coordinate and discuss product specifications with suppliers and technical members in Japan.
- Manage projects, including timeline and progress control.
2. Account Management & Business Expansion (ASEAN Region)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts.
- Handle delivery coordination and related customer support.
- Manage PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) control.
- Oversee and manage sales performance.
Qualifications
Requirement
【 Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma in any field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in electronics trading
- Willingness to travel overseas on a regional basis
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, writing) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to do Business Development
- At least one employment history with a tenure of 3 years or more

- Educational background in Electronics or related field
- Experience and knowledge in semiconductors and electronic componentsEnglish Level
