Developing plans to implement solutions.- Brushing up a good working knowledge of various industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations(*especially HR related) in Southeast Asia.- Monitor progress, ensure that work quality and techniques are of a high standard and report regularly on project performance, and against- Ensuring management reports, agreements, and all other required documents are reviewed and stored for record keeping.- Gathering a survey of market information in each country, mainly in Singapore and other Southeast Asia countries.- Liaise and coordinate with other divisions internally in regard to customer requests or new project implementation.- Undertaking any other related tasks and duties assigned by the management and referred by partners.
