Job Description
Our client is a leading organizational transformation and HR consulting firm. They are currently seeking a Senior Consultant (Japanese Speaking) to join their Singapore team. This role involves partnering with senior business leaders to drive organizational transformation and business growth across Southeast Asia.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Lead the analysis of employee survey data and organizational assessments, providing strategic recommendations to clients.
- Partner with C-suite executives and HR leaders to design and implement organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Drive business development activities by identifying and engaging organizations facing people, culture, and organizational challenges across Southeast Asia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of consulting methodologies and best practices.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, change management, or related consulting fields.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is required for business communication with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong command of English is also required.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and HR leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willing to travel for client engagements as required.

- Experience in employee engagement, organizational transformation, or culture change initiatives.
- Experience in business development or B2B consulting.
- Experience with HR analytics or data visualization tools.
- Regional Southeast Asia exposure and cross-cultural business experience.English Level
