  Our client is one of the top-ranking contact solutions companies recognized by the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers. They are currently looking for an Senior Mechanical Engineer to be responsible for product design from concept through mass production, technical coordination with customers and suppliers, and cross-functional project execution.
  
  Report to: Senior Designing Manger
  
  【Responsibilities】
  1. Product Design & Development
  - Design and develop IC sockets and/or connectors for semiconductor applications
  - Develop products using machined parts, stamped parts, and injection-molded components
  - Lead projects from concept design to mass production, including prototyping, design iterations, and production release
  - Perform tolerance analysis and apply GD&T for high-precision mechanical components
  
  2. Design Quality & Engineering Validation
  - Conduct DFM / DFA / DFMEA at both part and assembly levels
  - Perform failure analysis and root cause investigation, and define corrective actions
  - Ensure design robustness for high power, high current, and/or high-speed applications
  
  3. Co-Design & Simulation
  - Collaborate in mechanical, thermal, and electrical co-design activities
  - Perform mechanical simulation (FEA) using SolidWorks
  - Conduct thermal simulations for air or liquid cooling solutions using SolidWorks
  - Perform high-frequency electromagnetic simulation using Ansys HFSS
  
  4. Customer & Supplier Interface
  - Conduct technical discussions with customers
  - Translate customer requirements into detailed engineering specifications
  - Coordinate with tool makers, machining vendors, molding suppliers, or in-house factories
  - Provide technical support during product development and production phases
