    Our Client is a leading interior fit-out solutions company. They are expanding into the large-format tile business and now seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager to drive this new business.

    This role will focus 70% on hunting new business and 30% on managing existing relationships, primarily targeting B2B clients such as architects, interior designers, and main contractors, and driving sales growth for the large-format slab (tile) product range.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities for large-format slabs across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
    - Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers to understand project requirements.
    - Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including pricing strategies and client acquisition initiatives.
    - Project Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, fabrication, and installation) to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
    - Industry Networking: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to position Corten as a market leader in large-format slab solutions.
    - Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to optimize business strategies.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Minimum 3-5 years of B2B experience in business development, sales, or account management within building materials, interior design, or construction
    - Comfortable with more of hunting sales, and sole contributor
    - Established network within the architecture, interior design, or contractor community.
    - Strong negotiation and project management skills.
    - Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Mandarin to liaise with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking counterparts
    - Proactive, resilient, and results-driven personality.

    (Advantageous)
    - Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    - Extensive experience (more than 10 years) and network within interior finishing materials, especially tiles (or laminates, paint, sanitary wares, etc.)
    - Has a car license and owns a personal car
