    Our client, a global leader in the semiconductor printed circuit board industry, is seeking aSales Assistant Manager/Manager (Semiconductor PCB & Substrate) to join their Singapore team.

    You will manage customer accounts, drive sales growth, and support technical-commercial engagements for PCB and substrate products. The role requires strong negotiation capabilities, technical understanding of semiconductor packaging materials and processes, and prior experience in the semiconductor or related high-tech manufacturing industries.

    【Responsibilities】
    Sales & Account Management
    - Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities within the semiconductor sector.
    - Lead the sales process including inquiry handling, quotation preparation, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization.
    - Monitor customer forecasts, demand changes, and production schedules to ensure alignment with internal planning teams.
    - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

    Customer Engagement
    - Maintain regular communication with customers, including procurement, engineering, and program management teams.
    - Address customer inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and support ongoing project activities.
    - Facilitate customer visits, audits, and technical discussions with internal engineering and manufacturing teams.

    Technical & Product Support
    - Understand customer technical requirements and product specifications related to PCB and substrate technologies.
    - Coordinate with engineering, R&D, and production teams in Korea to support qualification builds, technical reviews, and product improvements.
    - Provide basic technical explanations of product capabilities, materials, stack-ups, and manufacturing processes.

    Commercial & Negotiation Activities
    - Conduct price negotiations and manage commercial terms in accordance with company policies and profitability targets.
    - Analyze market pricing, cost structures, and competitive conditions to support decision-making.
    - Support long-term supply agreements and strategic customer programs.

    Market & Industry Analysis
    - Track industry developments, customer roadmaps, and competitor activities within the semiconductor packaging ecosystem.
    - Provide periodic market intelligence and recommendations to management.

资格

  • 任职资格

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, Business, or a related discipline.
    - 8 years of sales, account management, and business development experience in the PCB, substrate, or EMS industry
    - Technical understanding of PCB/substrate manufacturing processes (e.g., HDI, buildup layers, MSAP/SAP, materials, reliability considerations).
    - Willingness to travel regionally as required.
    - Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking counterparts
    - Familiarity with semiconductor packaging technologies such as FCBGA, FC-CSP, SiP, PMIC, or memory packaging.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working with OSATs, IDMs, or module makers in Southeast Asia.
    - Experience in a Korean or multinational manufacturing environment.
