- 物件修理などに関する、関係業者とのやりとり
- 物件修理の進捗管理
- 貸主/テナント顧客への物件引き渡しのコーディネート、準備、案内
- 事務作業(書類作成、メール応答)
- 上長への報告
- その他アドホック業務

【 求める人物像 】
- エンドユーザーへのカスタマーサービス経験2~3年以上
- 中級レベル以上の英語力
- 日本の文化やビジネスマナーを理解されている方
