• Job Description

  Our client is a Japan-based consulting firm specialising in Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor solutions. This role focuses primarily on existing customer management (approximately 90%), with a secondary focus on new business development (approximately 10%).
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Manage Japanese customers' enquiries or feedback and ensure that their concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
  - Develop strong bonds with the assigned clients while actively seeking new clients to broaden market penetration.
  - Facilitate and handle business enquiries regarding sales and products.
  - Assist in information gathering and market intelligence.
  - Function as the key interface on supply chain transactions, technical issues, problem-solving, analyzing the technical problem and initiating corrective action for all sales territories.
  - May require travel to provide technical assistance or assist in business activities in Japan, China and Indonesia.
  - To negotiate, manage and track contracts, purchase orders and invoices.
  - Responsible for new business development by proactively discussing/proposing areas for growth and implementing initiatives to grow.
