仕事内容
Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools, and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations items.
They are currently seeking a Business Support Executive who can bridge sales operations, inventory planning, supplier coordination, and data analysis in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
The role supports the Business Unit’s B2B sales and product development activities, with a primary focus on sales operations, customer support, and execution excellence. The role emphasizes hands-on management of product line-up, demand planning, inventory availability, and supplier coordination to support sales growth.
Over time, the incumbent will gain exposure to sales analysis and business improvement initiatives.
Reports to Business Development Manager, Business Unit Division
【Responsibilities】
■Sales & Operational Execution (Approx. 70%)
-Support B2B sales activities by managing product availability aligned with customer and market requirements.
-Monitor inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
-Collect and analyze historical sales data to support basic demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
-Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, order accuracy, and issue resolution.
-Maintain and update product master data, pricing, and sales-related information.
-Support sales campaigns, pricing updates, discounts, and promotional execution.
-Prepare sales and operational reports, statistics, and performance summaries.
-Other backend operations and ad hoc duties
■Business & Sales Support (Approx. 30%)
-Support sales performance analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
-Assist in supplier coordination for cost control and margin improvement.
-Contribute to basic market and product analysis to support sales planning.
-Participate in cross-functional initiatives related to sales operations and product management.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
-Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields
-At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in B2B / industrial sales, sales operations, or related support roles
-Proven experience handling day-to-day operational tasks, such as:
Product / SKU inquiries, Inventory availability checks, Order follow-ups and delivery coordination, Pricing or quotation support.
-Experience working closely with Sales teams and/or Customers on operational matters
-Comfortable managing high-volume, repetitive daily tasks with speed and accuracy
-Experience working in Japanese manufacturing, trading, or B2B environments
(Advantageous)
-Experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain coordination
-Exposure to e-commerce operations or large SKU environments
-Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables); VBA / Python / SQL is a strong plus
-Experience using ERP / CRM systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent)
-Prior experience working in a Japanese company or regional HQ environment英語
